Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Time: Orders are processed & shipped within 48 hrs. Personalised items may take longer. Split shipments may occur.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on domestic orders ₹949+. Charges apply on international orders & returns.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking shared via WhatsApp, Email & SMS post-dispatch.
  • Partial Deliveries: Orders with personalised/silver/Coins & Utensils items may ship separately.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: 7-day return for unused, unworn items. Exceptions: personalised Jewellery, coins, utensils, idols, and damaged goods — unless defective.
  • Third-Party Orders: Returns subject to their respective policy.
  • Shipping Fee: Non-refundable once paid.
  • Missing Items in Returns: If products or free gifts are missing in the return, full MRP will be deducted.

Refunds

  • Initiation: Refund is initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse, passes the quality check, and the process may take up to 3 to 7 business days.
  • Mode of Refund: Amount is refunded to the original payment method or bank account (in case of COD orders).

Replacement & Exchange

  • Eligibility: Replacements or exchanges allowed under the same conditions as returns.
  • Dispatch Timeline: Replacement is shipped only after the return is picked up or delivered to us.

Return Process

  • How to Return: Initiate return via our website/app or by contacting Customer Support.
  • Pickup Protocol: Be available for reverse pickup and answer the delivery partner’s calls — missed pickups cause delays.
  • Non-Serviceable Pincodes: If reverse pickup is unavailable, send the item via India Post or courier. We’ll reimburse up to ₹70.
  • Excess Charges: If return courier charges exceed ₹70, the excess will be deducted from your refund.

Missing or Empty Package Claims

  • Timeline: Report missing products or empty parcels within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Required: A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to process your claim.
  • Tampering Issues: If evidence is insufficient or packet is visibly tampered, BVM reserves the right to reject the claim.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Support. Full refund will be processed.
  • After Shipping: Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery following our return policy.
