How to Request Data Deletion
If you want to delete your account and all personal data, you can request it through any of the following methods:
1. Email Request

- Confirmation: “I request my account and data to be deleted.”
Your request will be processed within 48–72 hours.
2. In-App Request
Open the Bharani Digi Silver App →
Profile → Help → Contact Us → Request Data Deletion

What Will Be Deleted?
Once approved, we will delete:
- User account
- Personal information
- Transaction data
- Preferences & settings
- Login records
This deletion is permanent.
Legally Required Data
Some financial records (invoices, GST logs) must be kept for compliance. These cannot be deleted immediately but remain securely stored and never used for marketing.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation message once your data is permanently deleted.
