Mr. K. Mohana Sundaram
Mr. K. Mohana Sundaram has always been a man ahead of his time. His career in jewelry began more than two decades ago at the age of fifteen, when he started working as a sales executive in a jewelry shop in Erode. Fresh out of secondary school, K. Mohana Sundaram chose to complete his schooling privately to stay focused on the career he had chosen to pursue. Passionate about jewelry making, he self-taught the nuances of the jewelry business by diligently investing six years into understanding not just the business but, most importantly, customer preferences.
A visionary in many ways, K. Mohana Sundaram opened his own jewelry store in 1997, and there has been no looking back since then. While his interest predominantly remained in silver jewelry and silver articles, his first store offered a wide range of jewelry in both gold and silver.
Through his constant endeavors to try his hand at different things, K. Mohana Sundaram expanded his business to open new stores that sold exclusive products, intuitively meeting customers' expectations. From the One Gram Gold Showroom to conceptualizing the 50 kg silver anklet, he has always strived to create something new every time. Not one to wait for things to happen, K. Mohana Sundaram has always ensured that he moved ahead of the times.
He has already moved on to newer possibilities in the jewelry realm. Acknowledged as a pioneer, K. Mohana Sundaram was the first jeweler to show the people of Erode how silver jewelry can be as exquisite as gold. His dedication and hard work have made this brand successful. He is now a role model for young entrepreneurs. His motto is "Anything in Silver, Everything in Silver."
Now, he has decided to team up with the next generation, resulting in the formation of "NSN Silver Mines" with his daughter, Ms. Nivetha, as a partner.
